Bernice is the founder of Skin Damsel Aesthetics and brings over 32 years of nursing experience to her role. Her clinical background spans NICU, cardiology, and clinical research, but her passion for aesthetics is deeply personal. After struggling with cystic acne and melasma, Bernice became committed to helping others feel confident in their own skin.
Her journey led to advanced training in injectables, lasers, collagen-stimulating treatments, and medical-grade skincare — including Botox®, PRF, Sculptra®, and pigment-correcting technologies. With a deep understanding of both skin and facial structure, Bernice prioritizes natural, long-lasting results that restore harmony without looking overdone.
At Skin Damsel, she leads a collaborative team that values listening first, crafting custom treatment plans, and caring deeply about the patient experience. The goal is never cookie-cutter beauty — it’s about real results that help each patient feel like themselves, just more refreshed.
Dr. Das is a board-certified physician with decades of experience in patient care and clinical oversight. He ensures every protocol at Skin Damsel meets the highest standards of safety and efficacy, blending medical integrity with aesthetic innovation.
Known as Nurse Cari, she has been an aesthetic injector since 2009, following a successful career as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse. Her skills were further shaped through advanced training with a top Dallas plastic surgeon, giving her deep expertise in both surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation.
Cari specializes in natural-looking results using Botox®, Dysport®, Restylane®, Sculptra®, Radiesse®, and EZ Gel PRF, with a focus on customized facial balancing and anti-aging strategies. She also serves as a national GAIN trainer, educating medical professionals on safe, effective injectable techniques.
Outside of work, Cari lives on a ranch with her family, horses, and dogs—and finds joy exploring new trails as an avid equestrian. Her combination of clinical excellence and approachable personality makes her a trusted and valued part of the Skin Damsel team.
Jessi is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of medical experience and a refined approach to aesthetic and wellness medicine. Her work blends regenerative injectables with hormone optimization and personalized anti-aging strategies. By combining advanced aesthetic techniques with wellness therapies such as HRT and peptides, she helps patients achieve long-term results and full-body vitality.
She joined Skin Damsel for its shared philosophy: refined, natural results guided by medical expertise and an unwavering commitment to the patient experience.
Kat Reinke is a licensed medical aesthetician and laser technician with a passion for helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin through personalized, results-driven treatments.
With experience in a wide range of advanced services—including laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, and medical-grade skincare—Kat takes a thoughtful and tailored approach to each client’s goals. She is known for her warm, engaging personality and her ability to make clients feel comfortable while delivering high-quality, detail-oriented care.
Originally from California and now based in Dallas, Kat brings a welcoming, approachable energy to every client interaction. She believes that great results start with education and trust, and takes the time to understand each client’s skin while guiding them toward long-term skin health.
Outside of the treatment room, Kat enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and keeping up with the latest trends in skincare and aesthetics.
Jessica brings over a decade of experience in skincare and aesthetics, combining her love for artistry and results-driven treatments. Originally from West Texas, she moved to Dallas in 2007 and began her professional skincare journey in 2013 by launching her first studio in Frisco.
In 2017, she joined Skin Damsel to help bring her sister’s vision to life — and has been an essential part of the team ever since. Her commitment to personalized care, real results, and client trust reflects the heart of the Skin Damsel experience.
