We recommend avoiding intense exercise, saunas, and touching the lips for the first 24 to 48 hours. Stick to gentle skincare, avoid lip products for the first day, and use cold packs if needed. Avoid dental procedures or facial massages for at least a week.

To maintain results, we typically recommend touch-ups every several months depending on the type of filler used and how your body metabolizes it.
